Application:
In case single vacuum pump is not suited for a certain process due
to pumping speed or ultimate vacuum. DYK Series vacuum pumps unit
consist of roots pump as booster and rotary vane pump as backing
pump, the exhaust from the roots pump is connected to the suction
side of the backing pump thereby giving advantage of high pumping
speed at higher vacuum. The pumps unit also equips air cooling
system,cooling water system, vacuum valves,ventilation valves,
compensator, vacuum meter etc, and highly efficient, reliable and
consume less power. It also can be designed and mounted on base
frames ready for use, or trailer are offered to suit user's
requirements.

Feature:
1. The working vacuum range is 7~133 Pa; the limiting vacuum can be
up to 7 Pa. The vacuum unit is quick start and big pumping speed
that can be used for vacuum smelting, jointing, pharmacy, electric
vacuum device, especially for the vacuum evacuating of
transformers.
2. DYK unit adopts roots vacuum pump as the main pump, rotary-vane
vacuum pump as the fore pump. Between them connecting an
electric-magnetic pressure differential valve which would be turned
on when the fore pump is working. The inlet of DYK unite equips a
micro thermocouple which can meter and control the vacuum of pumped
container. All the valves are imported from German with good
ability of airproof.
3. Circulating vacuum pump oil filter and circulating water cooling
device are set up to ensure a reliable operation, keeping normal
temperature of circulating water, without vacuum oil aging.
4. Roots pump automatically runs by the start of backing pump with
electrical-contact vacuum meter.
5. The forward pump adopts the original world's leading vacuum pump
imported from Europe, and customers can choose the imported Roots
pump or homemade ones according to their purchasing power.The pump
can attain high working vacuity at a vey fast pumping speed.
6. The powerful rotary vane backing pumps generate the necessary
backing pressure so that the diffusion pump can always attain its
full pumping speed and an ultimate vacuum
