1. Introduction

Our pizza stone is made of cordierite materials.it has a porosity and heat retention that is perfect for a good crust.the stone heats evenly and retains heat well so pizza stay warm from a while after they come out of the oven.The stone can also be used to bake bread,rolls and biscuits giving them a very special texture and quality or as a warming tray to keep waffles , pancakes,fried chicken,etc warm until ready to serve.the work temperature is over1000℃ and do not break when the stone meet water.
If you roast pizza by this stone , it is more yummy than steel oven.

Pizza stone is made of special formulation of the highest quality and food grade cordierite, it can stand temperature as high as 1400℉ with excellent thermal stability which is much higher comparing to normal ceramic stone. The stone is durable for years, it would not crack under this temperature.

Our pizza stone can be used in all kinds of oven(except for microwave oven) or on most style of grill directly and as a heat deflector.
