    Centrifugal Cast Heat-resistant Cobalt-based Special Alloy Parts for Furnaces EB13123

    Centrifugal Cast Heat-resistant Cobart-based Special Alloy Parts for Furnaces EB13123

    High Impact Value:≥HB150J;

    Hardness:≤HB300;

    Machined all ove.

    The utilization of various middle-frequency induction furnaces with small capacities confers to the higher flexibility of production of special alloy castings and the minimum melting quantities and consequent prompt deliveries to our customers.

    Supply corrosion protected on all machined faces.

    Items suitably crated to avoid damage during transit & storage one item per crate.

    Benefits of the centrifugal casting process

    1.Solidification happens at up to 120 times the gravitational acceleration, and consequently yields a highly compressed structure.

    2.The process is gravity and pressure independent.

    3.Mechanical properties substantially better as compared to static casting (can be compared with forged parts)

    4.The Directional solidification of the casting, yielding a very uniform structure, free from inclusions and blow holes.

    5.Practically any material can be cast ranging from low-alloy to iron-free
    materials, e.g. Cr-Ni-Mo.

    Quality Level: As per National Standard & International Standards.

    Sizes available: Dia.50mm--1500mm.

    Application Field: Mining Industry, Valve and Pump Industry,Heat-treatment Industry, Metallurgical Industry, Cement Industry,Power plants, Oil, Gas Industry.
