Who we are?

The BUNGE sound proof partition is aluminum-framed operable partition is the most versatile operable wall constructed today. Sound proof partitions are a series of flat panels, approximately range from 600mm(23") to 1200mm(47") wide. They have a wide array of features and options to meet most design and budget requirements. Models are acoustically rated, available in 65mm(2.6") ,85mm(3")or 100mm(4") thick models, and in single, pair hinged configurations.

Standard Type

Sound proof partitions system are 2-1/4” tongue-and-groove unitized panel system. Panels are 24” wide, precision laminated, and pre-finished with vinyl, fabric or other specified finish. Panels are manufactured at various heights up to 59’. All vertical and horizontal structural members consist of extruded aluminum components, with a snap-on base made of extruded vinyl. Sound proof partitions wall panels lift into floor and ceiling tracks to form a rigid, uniform wall system that provides excellent sound transmission resistance with a STC rating of 35 to 58dB.

Specifications:

The sound proof partitions consist of a series of concave/convex profile interlocking flat panels and the fast set retractable top and bottom seals ,its provide excellent acoustic insulation property of from STC-32 to 53 in laboratory setting.Its high performance per dollar value and the easiest in-field operation makes it very suitable for restaurant,schools,office,religion,hospitals,shopping arcades and many other indoor applications product.

There are wide of range face finishes are available:melamine faced MDF or Plywood,,fabric,carpet,fabric,artificial,leather,wood veneer,high pressure laminate,Formica ,acoustic panel,white boad ect.,panels may also be supplied unfinished for field decoration,Standard frame color is clear anodized aluminum,custom powder coating colors are available.
