The pizza prep refrigerator holds (8) 1/3 size and (1) 1/2 size food pans up to 6" deep. For easier loading and unloading of product, its self-closing doors feature a convenient over 90 degree stay-open feature. The pizza prep table's 1/3 hp compressor uses eco-friendly R134a refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures. CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps improve the prep table's energy efficiency. This unit requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
