Usage:
This washing and recycling machinery mainly used for dealing with
waste PET bottle, mineral water bottles, pesi bottles, juice
bottles etc.
After that it can get good quality clean PET flakes which will be
used for polyester stable fibre, strap, filament, sheet, films,
even bottle to bottle process.
We can design a complete line according to different customers
needs or application, it can be a simple line or a completely line.

Water content: ≤1.5%
Stacking density: 0.25-0.35 g/m³
Flakes size: 6-14mm (the size can be design according to customer
request)

fine granule: ≤ 3%;
powder: ≤ 5%
Transparency: 90%
PVC content: < 20ppm
Impurities: ≤200ppm
