2. Description:
LED Highbay Light adopts imported 3030 chip, energy saving and
environmental protection, high brightness and long service life;
6063 aluminum shell is used, the surface is treated with special
oxidation and heat treatment to increase the heat generated by the
lamp plate and power supply inside the lamp and can be rapidly
exported. Small temperature difference, reduce the junction
temperature of the light source, ensure that the light source is 3%
light fade, and the lifespan is 50,000 hours; adopt constant
current power supply, high efficiency, low heat, high constant
current accuracy; unique structure, high efficiency, energy saving,
and environmental protection.

5. Quality control:
100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to
test its quality reliability , and we will also test it’s
temperature after 24 hours lighting.Then after it is cool we again
test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well. If defective,
we will check the reasons and make sure not to happen again.
