1. Special designed screw and mould; the convenient and reliable changing of the mould have solved the problems of easy wear of the barrel and hard foamed of the material; the corrugated forming mould blocks that touching the pipe are cooled by inner circulation water, higly increases the forming speed; use Korea Autonic meter counter for accurate metering; the complete production line is running fast, stably and easy to operate.

2. Process flow
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack

3. It is adopted horizontal structure with shuttle type transmission, SEIMENS control system, airtight water cooling system and vacuumizing forming, which assured very quick cooling and high output in production process. We also make the original design of two layers belling on line with proffetionally auxiliary equipments.
