Description:
Sliding partition wall system is ideal for dividing and creating
rooms.The sliding wall system can either be supported from the
ceiling and is made up of wall panels that are connected by hinges
and stored at the end of the track when opening the wall. There are
sound insulation seals between the panels, ceiling and floor.
The operable wall structure is composed of aluminum profiles,
sheets of treated particleboard or MDF and insulation. The combined
structure forms a panel that has a total thickness of 85 mm and
depending on the insulation material ensures a soundproof
resistance of 40-49dB.
When the operable folding wall system is supported at the ceiling
it runs along an adjustable aluminum upper track that is equipped
with bearings inside of carriages. This enables the walls height to
be adjusted by 15 mm. The carriages are installed on every second
wall panel and are located at the center of the panel. Because the
wall hangs from the ceiling, it is important for the installation
of the wall that the wall is attached to something solid (i.e.
concrete ceiling, steel structure, wood beam etc.).

Final closure of each panel is by a removable operating handle that
extends the seal from the top and bottom of each panel forming an
acoustic seal.

ease of operation and directional flexibility, allowing panel
stacking in countless configurations.

manual retractable top and bottom seal.
Structure:
Sliding partition is the evolution of operable partition with
panels and is a perfect acoustic room divider.It is the answer to
all the requirements of a physical, not visual, partition of the
spaces and is a perfect acoustic room divider.
Thanks to its silent sliding system, to its thin structure in
anodized aluminium and to the simple sliding of the seals, allows a
light and transparent closure.
Each element has two sliding rubber blocks, linked to mobile seals
with soft gaskets: through a pression on them , the locking
mechanism start to work and allows the locking in positions of the
elements.
A sliding-revolving closure panel or, in alternative, a pass door
fixed to the wall can be the last element to be locked when you
need to close the rooms. More, you can insert a pass door element
in any point of the partition.
When the partition is closed there are no visible aluminium
profiles and the continuity of the covering panels surface is
granted by the perfect alignment of the elements.

users. Movable wall panels are deceptively heavy due to the ease of
operation but are capable of serious crush injuries. Your work
place risk assessments should have taken this into account and
state that only trained and authorized personnel may operate the
wall.
