2, How to maintain the Large Capacity 100kg clothes washing machine
and dryer Automatic Control System ?
1) regularly check the tightness of the washout triangle belt. Once
the tightness is found, it is necessary to adjust immediately or
replace the new triangle belt.
2) when washing the clothes with hot water in the washing machine,
the water temperature should not exceed 45 degrees.
3) when using the washing machine, it is necessary to strictly
operate the instructions on time and prevent failures.
4) disposable clothes should not be overloaded, and should not
exceed 80% of the capacity of the washing machine and 50%.
5) the washing machine must be placed in a well ventilated, dry,
direct sunlight without combustible and explosive materials.
6) after washing machine, remember to wipe the inside and outside
of the equipment with soft dishcloth to prevent failure.
7) once a month or about 30 times per wash, pour the lubricant
(lithium grease No. 3) into the oil cup after washing.
8) regularly check the connection of the eluent gas box, and
whether there is any loosening phenomenon. Once it happens, it can
be adjusted in time.
9) regularly check whether the discharge port of the bottom of the
washing machine bearing seat is open, so as to ensure that there is
no water accumulation in the bearing seat, thereby prolonging the
service life of the washing machine.
