I. Work roll & Intermediate Rolls

Heat treatment is one of the most important processes during the roll manufacture.

Heat treat determinesthe quality of roll and further controls the quality of the strip/coils.

We use continuous double frequency induction process to maximize work rolls and intermediate rolls performance by optimizing the critical parameters.

We guarantee our hardness uniformity within 3 HSD and reach the hardness depth requested.

II. Back up Rolls

Back up rolls are widely used in both cold rolling mill and continuous hot strip mills.

The heat treatment for back up roll is different from the type of work roll.

The back up rolls are produced by the conventional furnace which is heated by gas and quenched by water spraying.
