This mesh belt continuous electric gas aluminum brazing furnace is
mainly used for the brazing aluminum stainless steel and aluminum
plate , copper etc. The product surface can be bright without
oxidation with the help of this equipment.
The furnace has modern and fine structure with little energy
consumption, high heat efficiency, which ensure the stable
production quality. It is easy to use and safe to operate and it
will not generate the industrial pollution.
It is equiped with intelligent thermostat and silicon controlled
rectifier to ensure temperature control precision of ±1℃. It’s
advanced, reliable, practicable and cost effective as an industrial
furnace.
The inserted heating elements are located in the different zones to
heat up workpieces to brazing temperature. The individual SCR is
used to stabilize heating demand in each zone. Within the range of
whole belt width, the furnace temperture uniformity will be
fluctuate within ±3°C (Based on the measurement on the same section
of moving workpiece)
