4) Equipment description

The system is divided into three parts. The first part is the tracking system module, the second part is the mechanical workbench module, the third part is the welding welder module.

The module uses a laser tracking system. The control principle is to pump the laser to the bottle body through the laser transmitter, then collect the image through the industrial camera, then the image processing is carried out in the central processor, and the welding seam position is obtained. Finally, the position of the welding torch is matched with the calculated welding gun position by the actual welding gun position, and the position distance is calculated. The central processor notifies the mobile module to control the mobile machine to move to the designated position. When the central processor monitors the mobile stop, the image acquisition operation is repeated and repeated actions are repeated.

The module adopts the traditional submerged arc welder, and has a main control cabinet. The control cabinet is controlled by the main control caching station, the monitoring of the welding time in the welding, and the automatic operation function of all links of the bottle, welding and bottle. At the same time, the control cabinet also communicates with the laser tracking system, including the start of the laser tracking system, the end of welding tracking, temporary stop, analog debugging and welding.
