How to use;
For keeping cold:
First flat your ice packs in the refrigerator to frozen it about

For Keeping hot:
It is 55 degress pcm material inside, When you heat, can be
directly heated in boiling water until become a liquid, or in the
microwave minimum heat for 2 minutes
