High-Al refractory anchor brick is mainly used for kiln roof to support the stress between the roof structure. The brick manufacturered by our factory takes high grade bauxite, fused alumina, sintered mullite as raw material and combines additives.

Because of the furnace reactive gas and heat leakage, will damage the metal hanging pieces, resulting in roof collapse accident. There's strick requirement of hanging masonry:

1. The hanging part of the brick should not be damaged that can give full play to the role of hanging metal parts and between the furnace body and anchor brick should be set aside

2, Bricks from both sides should be coated with mud carefully, to prevent leakage of gas from the roof of the furnace

3. Usually uses air setting mud to prevent the mud from the furnace caused by gas leakage

4. Between the furnace body and anchor brick should be set aside
