Main Technical Parameters

Work Principle

The hydraulic pump is driven by the motor, the high pressure oil goes into P cavity and put out to A cavity through check valve 1 and finally goes into hydraulic lifting cylinder,which gets the working platform rising up slowly.

For different loading, the relief valve2 can adjust the working pressure accordingly, which will avoid over loading or out of pressure.

When the working platform is descending, the solenoid valve 4 will be open with electricity, the hydraulic oil inside the cylinder will flow to A cavity and goes into the valve due to the gravity of the loading, and since the check valve 1 is reverse closed, the hydraulic oil can only pass to the open solenoid valve 4 and transit through the adjustable throttle valve to the oil tank by O cavity.

On basic above, the working platform will getting descending slowly and since the inside structure of the vale is pressure balance, the stability will not be effected by the loading fluctuation due to the the action of opening and closing is controlled by the electromagnet.
