This double-head pipe bending machine is a hydraulic semi-automatic
pipe machinery, and works by manual feeding, automatic clamping,
and automatic bending. It is a computer program-controlled machine
and the computer set up a number of programs. The power system is
composed of a motor and a speed reducer. There are two operating
conditions: fast forward (retreat) ) and work into, respectively,
by the AC motor and variable frequency motor drive. The variable
frequency motor supplies the power (infinitely variable) of the
fully automatic pipe bending machine and is controlled by the PLC.
The machine has high precision pipe bending function, easy
operation, is widely used in various types of steel pipe, iron
pipe, stainless steel pipe bending processing, in steel and wood
furniture, cars, motorcycles, baby carriage production, air
