The pipe bending power is composed of the drive mechanism. The
power system is composed of a motor and a speed reducer. There are
two operating conditions: fast forward (retreat) ) and work into,
respectively, by the AC motor and variable frequency motor drive.
The variable frequency motor supplies the power (infinitely
variable) of the fully automatic pipe bending machine and is
controlled by the PLC. The scale of automatic pipe bending machines
is relatively wide.
Many industries and product pipe fittings production as well as the
twists and turns of the wire materials need to use the automatic
pipe bending machine to complete the pipe plastic forming.
Including the twists and turns of the pipe under cold conditions,

5. According to the structure of the base, it can be divided into
standard type and rotary type.
6. Standard type: Non-rotational two-dimensional
angle,double-headed can be freely adjusted from 0-185°, but the
material must be taken into consideration.
7. Rotary type: It can do two-dimensional space rotation, double
head can be adjusted from 0-90°.
8. Adopting PLC control, easy to operate and easy to maintain.
9. Manual, automatic, semi-circular, full-cycle and other functions
are arbitrarily selected.
10. According to the outer diameter of different materials,
according to the size of the choice of 1 or 2 or more operations.
11. Both heads can be operated individually or simultaneously.
12. Different bending radius can also be processed at the same
