-- Brief introduction
Our single-head bending machines of NCBA series are made by the
advanced Italian techniques and are automatic stereo pipe benders
with the collecting machine, liquid and electricity to integrate.
This machine adopts the advanced imported touch screen operation
and it can input, store a variety of elbow data and instruction. It
has three-dimensional continuous indexing in automatic multi angle
and the manual feeding is to the need for complex work piece
machining accuracy.
In the process of pipe bending, the outer diameter and thickness of
different pipes and the different bending radius directly lead to
the different bending moment of the pipe. Therefore, the design of
the pipe bending machine needs to calculate and determine the
bending moment of the pipe first. The size of the pipe is directly
related to the power of the motor and the type selection of the
transmission mechanism.
