One of the machine functions, tube necking is a molding process
that reduces the diameter of the tube end. The tube blank acts as
an axial force into the deformation zone, produces a tangentially
shrinking plastic deformation in the deformation zone, then enters
the stable zone, and finally forms a reduced end diameter.
And the flaring of the pipe is another forming process that
enlarges the diameter of the end of the pipe blank. The flaring
shape can be conical and cylindrical. The pipe blank enters the
deformation zone under the action of axial force and generates
tangential stretching in the deformation zone. Flaring plastic
deformation, and then enter the stable deformation zone, and
finally forming.

It is equipped with emergency stop device. Both manual and
automatic operations are available. Shrinking stroke 100mm. The
max. workpiece length is 450mm, with no minimum workpiece length.
Forming shapes can be convex, concave, sectional, long 7 flat,
square, V-shaped, open elbow and flat elbow. The machine is with
the syraight guide roller as the carrier, can run without abrasion,
and the products have a good repeatability, which are fit for the
treatment of the pipe end in the iron pipes, furniture, automobile
air conditioners and fuel oil pipes.
