1. WPC product is a new type of environmental-friendly green material
which is made from polyolefin plastics and fiber of straw, wood
flour, rice chaff and others with special procession.
2. It has feature of undecomposable, deformation free, fade
resistant, insect damage resistant, good fireproof performance,
crack resistant, and maintenance free etc.
Description:
1. Extruder: adopting high effective single screw extruder, unique
designed screw, realizing shorting plasticizing time, good
compounding and excellent plasticization.
2. Driving system: adopting A.C motor, using FUJI or ABB inverters
which provide stable torque output and various speed.
3. Vacuum calibrating tank: with two aluminum racks, to install
various extruding dies, the main body of the tank make of stainless
steel, long service time.
4. Haul-off machines: 2 laws haul-off machines are provided to
manufacture different width of profiles, haul-off speed governed by
the FUJI or ABB inverter.
5. Cutting unit: saw cutting, with dust collection system.
6. Staking unit: automatic overturning system, can freely fix the
length of the profile.
7. Controlling system: manual controlling cabinet or SIEMENS PLC
touch screen controlling.
