Main application

The machine is used to semi-automatically plunge-through grinding the outer surface of ring parts, shaft parts, stage parts, tape shaped parts and other round turning surface etc.

Main features:

1. Grinding wheel support is stable, regular wheel support is movable.

2. Grinding wheel adopts cantilever type structure, Spindle adopts oil-film bearing.

3. Reg. wheeel adopts cantilever type structure. Spindle adopts integrity 1:30 taper sliding bearing.

4. Reg. wheel feeding adopts dovetail needle guide, feeding through differential leadscrew.

5. AC frequency converter is used to change the speed of Reg. wheel.
