Automatic sorting system training equipment overview
Automatic sorting system training equipment is developed for
mechanotronics mechanical-electrical integration teaching, it cover
down PLC, pneumatic control, motor transmission, electromagnet
control, position control, sensor detection and other teaching
content, it is the miniature equipment of real Industrial field
production machine, based on various detection of sensor, it can
realize the sorting of different texture and different colour
object. Equipment adapt full-open overall arrangement, it can
increase the ability of system wiring, mechanical debugging and
installation, software programmable, independent set up the control
system, feedback adjusting, the ability of fault detection and
maintenance. It is suitable for the “ motion control”, “ pneumatic
system ”“ electromechanical integration technology ”“ detection and
conversion technology” of automation, electric automatization,
electrical engineer and other major.
Automatic sorting training equipment characteristic
1. Automatic sorting training equipment is consist of baseboard,
training table( profile structure), pneumatic portion, blanking
mechanism, material connecting gear, feed trough and electrical
control portion. Pneumatic portion is consist of solenoid valve and
cylinder, material connecting gear is consist of motor and synchro
belt.
2. The electrical control is consist of single phase AC motor and
reducer, solenoid valve, cylinder, switch power supply,
photoelectric sensor, capacitive sensor, Inductance sensor,
magnetic sensor, etc.
3. According to sensor signal acquisition, PLC programme, it can
carry out complicated switches controlling, offset control and time
sequence logical control for AC motor, solenoid valve, it can
realize the location, identify, sorting for the material on the
conveyor.

3. Material connecting gear portion is consist of single phase AC
motor, reducer and synchronous belt.
4. Sensor is consist of photoelectric sensor, capacitive sensor,
Inductance sensor, magnetic sensor, etc.
