Glue Pump Discharge

This machine adopts K-9 Type Glue Metering Pump, low rpm, high precision. The glue quantity is adjustable between 0.1-0.2kg/min and average usage amount is 0.25-0.4kg/㎡.

Product Thickness

The thickness of sandwich panel is 50-250mm. The machine can process various of different thickness and scale by adjusting the distance between the upper layer and lower layer, the cutting tool holder up and down and the feeding device.

How to cleaning the glue pump

Remove the sprocket and the six screws on both sides, demount the gears and bearings from the inside, and put them and the three plates in a water solution of xylene or lacquer thinner and soak it for a while, then clean it.
Flatten the joints of the three boards with butter, install the gears and bearings in order, and tighten the screws.
Attention: The normal operation of the equipment also requires your careful maintenance!

Maintenance after shutdown the glue

1.If you start up the machine every day, the pump station should be specially treated after shutdown and it will work normally the next day.

2.If the machine is shut down between 16-48 hours, all the small holes in the hose should be plugged with a pin and you can continue to work after pulling it out.

3.If the machine is shut down for 48 hours, the dripping hose should be removed and put away, the suction hose should be put back the glue barrel and insert into the glue liquid.

4.If the machine is shut down for a long period of time, you should start the glue pump once every three to five days, and cycle it for five to ten minutes to ensure that no air enters or you can remove where the glue is passes through, clean it and store it. This method is taught by professionals, please learn it and remember it.
