4. If the elastic bar contact with the front spring is too tight, it will not start and it may cause a short circuit in the power supply. If the power switch is turned on, the indicator light is green and there is no voltage, then the elastic rod screw need to be released, Loosen the elastic rod upward and away from the elastic tab to re-adjust the elastic rod to touch the contact, restart the power supply, and adjust the elastic rod to a suitable position.
