Centrifugual force casting differs with traditional pressure casting, for the machine cost, the forther is less; for the cycle time, the forther is faster, as long as the operator can catch the machine running, the casted rotor can be completed in 6 seconds. The machine mold (tooling)is with water circulation to cooling down, which ensures the casting rotor quality and extend the mold life.
