1.Q:Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a factory not a dealer.We produce and sale products all by our self, and provide our customers high quality pre-sale services and after-sale services.

2.Q:How do you control the quality?

3.Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If you order within five units, the delivery time will be five to seven days. If the quantity is more than 5 units, then the delivery time will be ten to fifteen days.

4.Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we need to charge sample fees, but it also depends, if you sell the product well in your country, next time when you set order, we can pay back a certain percent of your sample fee, it depend on your selling amount.
