Main introduction:
Hot work Tool Steel H13 / 1.2344 is a chromium, molybdenum,
vanadium high-performance long-life general type alloy hot work
mould & die steel produced by Hongsheng Heavy Industry and Shanghai
University. It has high toughness, high tropism, high thermal
stability and high resistance to cold and heat fatigue performance.

Application:
Mainly used in the manufacture of die-casting molds, hot forging
molds, hot extrusion molds, high-strength plastic molds and other
high-performance long life required hot molds, it can replace
imported hot die steel Superior AISI H13, WNr. 1.2344, ASSAB 8407,
SKD31, etc.

Technical service:
Die vacuum heat treatment and die surface
treatment(N-O,C-N,carburize and nitridation surface treatment).
Delivery condition:
EF, or ESR, Hot rolled or forged, black surface or milling.
Hardness: annealed to HB≤229.
Terms of payment:
30% deposit T/T and the balance by L/C at sight, or T/T.
