Q1. Can you ship battery out of China?
A: Yes. You can tell us your address to check whether it is within
our distribution range.
Q2. How do you ship the product packs?
A: It depends on the size and quantity. For sample or small order,
we usually ship by express, like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and TNT. If the
orders are large, we will arrange air cargo or sea freight for
shipment.
Q3. What is the MOQ?
A: 1.
Q4. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in series by
ourselves?
A: You can buy big voltage directly from us. We do not recommend
connecting them in series, which may damage the cycle life of the
battery pack.
