The JaourMelt this kind is a synthetic rubber based hot melt
adhesive specifically developed to be applied at low
temperature for absorbent core assembly applications of nonwoven
disposables. The product is premium grade
and white translucent in color, high bond strength and tack, and
long open time for good machining and provides
good penetration and wettability to various substrates.
SUGGESTED USES
Premium grade construction adhesive for absorbent core of nonwoven
disposable applications.
Other adhesive applications that low temperature applied and long
open time for assembly is required.

STORAGE Can be stored 12 months in a clean dry place, in its original
package at an average temperature of 25℃or below. Storage
temperature should not exceed 35℃.
CLEAN-UP Mineral oil or paraffin wax, not to exceed flash point as stated
on the MSDS, followed by a thorough purge with the adhesive itself.
PACKAGING Available in film wrapped block (about 1kg or 2kg).
SAFETY MSDS should be consulted for proper handling before use.
Wear safety gloves and goggles when handling molten adhesive.
TEP 960 compositionally complies with FDA 175.105.
