OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators.
Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 1800C
for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation
of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
PACKAGE
6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper,
25kg/box. Please consult the sales representative for special
requirements.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The material can be stored indoor for 12 months, from the date of
manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean
conditions at ambient temperature below 350C and above 50C. Direct
sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The
material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing
and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes
generated. Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.

STORAGE Can be stored 12 months in a clean dry place, in its original
package at an average temperature of 25℃or below. Storage
temperature should not exceed 35℃.
CLEAN-UP Mineral oil or paraffin wax, not to exceed flash point as stated
on the MSDS, followed by a thorough purge with the adhesive itself.
PACKAGING Available in film wrapped block (about 1kg or 2kg).
SAFETY MSDS should be consulted for proper handling before use.
Wear safety gloves and goggles when handling molten adhesive.
TEP 960 compositionally complies with FDA 175.105.
