SUGGEST
Usage:
1. Recommended operating temperature: 140°C-175°C
2. If there is carbon remaining in the rubber box or rubber pipe,
you can consult the manufacturer or you can make a clean out with
the help of clean mineral oil under 120°C.
3. When coating, the viscosity can be adjusted by temperature.
4. It is unacceptable to mix it with other types of hot melt
adhesive.
5. After filling up the hot melt adhesive slot, please close the
lid of rubber slot in case of pollution from external impurities.
Clean:
Please keep the equipment clean; clear the adhesive melting box
regularly. Control the temperature of the adhesive melting box
under 150°C when clearing it. Empty all remaining adhesive before
adding new adhesive. Turn off the machine when not using it.
Safety:
Because of the high running temperature, please wear protective
clothes, eyeshade, and glove when working.

This test result is given by our company test method and equipment.
Different test method may cause the result a little different. So
in order not to cause unexpected loss, we suggest that you make a
test before using the product.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators.
Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 1800C for both, depending
on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation
of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
PACKAGE
6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper,
25kg/box. Please consult the sales representative for special
requirements.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The material can be stored indoor for 12 months, from the date of
manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean
conditions at ambient temperature below 350C and above 50C. Direct
sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The
material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing
and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes
generated. Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
