Introduction of Industrial Almond Shelling Machine

The equipment is composed of a lifting machine and a 3-level shelling processing part. By adjusting the clearances of the processing rolls at all levels, almond and hazelnut can be processed at one time without grading. The shelling cracking machine can process 1000kg of almonds per hour and is ideal for large and medium size almond and hazelnut processing plants.

Working Process of Almond Cracking Shelling Machine

1. The raw material is fed into the three-level shelling machine via the elevator. The raw materials are first divided into three or more levels according to their size, and then the almonds in each level are shelled.

2. The processed almonds begin to enter the shell kernel separator by the hoist. The machine can separate shell and kernel. One mouth out of the kernel, the other one out of the shell.

3. The separated almonds still have a few shells mixed in. Picking line can pick out the clean almonds and then go into the stocker.

Hazelnut Shelling Machine Use Instructions

1. Before use, first of all should adjust the shell machine at all levels of processing roller gap according to the size of the hazelnut kernel. According to the size of the hazelnuts, generally divided into three levels; according to the hazelnut size from large to small, in order to adjust the gap size of the first, second and third processing roller, the roller gap should be 1-1.5mm smaller than the hazelnut size.

2. Clearance adjustment, and then power on, the boot sequence is: The total screen → three-level processing → two-level processing → one-level processing → lifting machine → feeding.

3. In a large number of processing, first put a small amount of almond, check the gap between the various levels of pressure roller is appropriate, if processing almonds broken more serious, please adjust the gap until the desired effect.

4. After processing, the following sequence of stops, the elevator → one-level processing → two-level processing → three-level processing → total vibrating screen.
