Product description:
KCB/ 2CY series gear pump is special designed to meet market
demand. It is suitable for conveying non-solid particles and
fibers, the temperature is not higher than 300℃,the viscosity of
5-1500cp of lubericating oil or other liquid with similar
properties.
Reduce the pump speed, the transmission medium viscosity can reach
5000cp.
Treatment capacity: 1- 576 ㎥/h
The KCB series pump is equipped with an oil discharge groove and a
return groove, which minimizes the torque force borne by the gears
during operation. Therefore, the bearing load is small, the wear is
small, and the pump efficiency is high. There is a safety valve as
overload protection, and the total return pressure of the safety
valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can
also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range
according to actual needs. However, please note that this safety
valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term
operation. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the
pipeline
