Product Principle:
The principle of obtaining different settling velocities in a
centrifugal force field by using light, heavy, or solid phases with
different densities and immiscibility in a mixed liquid (erosion
solution) is used to achieve the separation and stratification or
to settle solid particles in the liquid.
The material {turbid liquid} enters the inner part of the drum
through the feeding pipe. Under the strong centrifugal force field,
the material passes through a set of separation intervals of disc
bundles, with the neutral hole of the disc as the interface. The
liquid (heavy phase) with a larger specific gravity moves along the
disc wall towards the outside of the neutral hole and flows towards
the large centripetal pump (upward centripetal pump); Heavy slag
(impurities, oil sludge) accumulates in the sediment area; The
liquid with a smaller specific gravity (light phase) moves inward
and upwards along the disc wall, converging and flowing towards the
small centripetal pump (lower centripetal pump). The light and
heavy phases are respectively output by the small centripetal pump
and the large centripetal pump.
When the control valve guides the sealing water into the high-speed
rotating drum and enters the working water chamber at the lower
part of the sliding piston, the centrifugal pressure generated
pushes the sliding piston upwards and tightly presses against the
sealing ring on the drum cover, sealing the slag discharge port and
forming a seal for the working water chamber of the drum.
When the control valve guides the slag discharge water into the
upper chamber of the sealing seat, the centrifugal pressure
generated will press the sealing seat downwards, overcoming the
pressure of the supporting spring. Three drain valves are opened,
and the sealing water in the lower chamber of the sliding piston is
quickly discharged. Under the centrifugal pressure of the processed
material in the drum, the sliding piston descends, and the
accumulated heavy slag is quickly discharged from the slag
discharge port on the drum.
