2 Rapid heating-up in a short time: 10 secs to rated temp. 100℃~230℃;30 secs to 500℃~700℃.
3 High heating efficiency, energy saving, and complying with
environment requirements.
4 The temperature of the whole component is consistent, without
open fire and with good safety.
5 The heating element is resistant to toxic gases and acid-bases,
within the state of partial vacuum.
6 Long service time: The resistance is very stable when working
(resistance variation rate less than 2%) ; Lower power attenuation
and aging rate.
7 Warp degree is less than 0.008mm/mm.
