that the need for floor guidance has been eliminated. With manually
operated spindle mechanisms and pressure sleeves the separate
panels are secured firmly between floor and track. This combination
ensures a stable and sound sealing wall. In regard to the lay-out
of the wall, the choice of one or two point suspension offers many
possibilities of parking positions, leading to a variety of
solutions. Our advice and guidance during the building process with
regard to dimensions and technical facilities, guarantees fast and
problem free installation, which we prefer to be carried out by our

Feature:
1.Space management ~ Movable walls offer an effective space
solution for many environments including offices, educational
establishments, sporting facilities, dining and entertainment
facilities, religious centres, or retail areas.
2.Smart use of space – Movable walls offer a flexible solution for
making the most of an interior space. Room sizes can be changed in
a matter of moments to capitalise on the revenue potential of
commercial space or simply create the most efficient use of floor
space.
3.Acoustics ~ the movable wall is the highest specification range
of fully operable, individual-panel systems. Acoustic insulation of
up to 53 dB noise reduction is achieved with a combination of
acoustic infill’s and operable top and bottom seals.
4.Operation ~ space without a trace ~ when the operable seals are
retracted the panels will glide effortlessly and quietly along the
unique aluminium overhead track system (no need for floor guide).
Final closure of each panel is by a removable operating handle that
extends the seal from the top and bottom of each panel forming an
acoustic seal.
5.Adaptable configurations – The track and carrier system provides
ease of operation and directional flexibility, allowing panel
stacking in countless configurations.
6.Panel options ~ Individual panels can be constructed with either
manual or semi automatic retractable top and bottom seal. Panels
are also available curved or with inset pass doors and glazed cut
outs.
7.Finishes ~ our systems can be supplied in an almost endless
choice, popular finishes include MFC, veneers and laminates but we
can also offer dry wipe, wall coverings and fabrics.
Accessories details:
Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium.
The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins
for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be
reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing
shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut
for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Panels:The Panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be 100mm
thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic
rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter
extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction
.The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.
Panel Surface Finish:The panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished
either in Sliwal factory – China or by others . The normal finish
such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.
Seals: vinyl seal of butane rubber will be used as top and bottom and as
well as closure seals for the operable wall system.Retractable seal
drop will be 23mm.
Application:
Hotel on the hanging rail activities partition products on the
hotel hanging rails off the general framework of the aluminum frame
material processing and production, internal partition expansion
board, suitable for high-end hotel private rooms, banquet halls,
conference rooms, showrooms, mufti-function Hall and so on. The
sliding door base board is a MDF board or glass magnesium board.
The decorative surface can be leather (cloth art) hard bag, soft
bag, wallpaper, color steel veneer, hollow veneer and so on.
