The HG76 High Frequency Welding Pipe Machine is the main equipment in the high frequency welded pipe production
line. It can be divided into different types according to the
diameter and the wall thickness of the pipe. The mill can produce
circular pipe, square and rectangular pipe and special pipe using
low carbon steel & alloy steel.
The specific process flow is:
Uncoil → Unbending → Flattening → Shearing and Butt Welding →
Accumulator →Forming→ High Frequency Welding → Cleaning the burrs
of inner and outer→ Cooling → Sizing → Rough Straightening → Flying
Saw Cutting →Inspection and collecting→ Packaging → Weighing→
Marking → Storage.
Our products such as roll forming unit, FFX forming unit, cage
forming unit can produce X80 and J55 API petroleum casing pipes and
petroleum and gas pipes, which conform to the standard of API-5L,
API-5CT.
This unit can also produce special pipes for air cooling condenser
used by electric power plants or steel mills.
