Operating features:

1: Modular. Easy-to clean rigid design with minimal joints
2: HEPA/ULPA Gel-seal down flow filter are replaceable from within the booth. Gel-seal is more reliable than conventional gasket seals
3: Voltage-compensating blowers ensure stable air flow.
4: Magnehelic Gauges provide convenient and reliable means for monitoring gauges air flow and filter condition.
5: Containment performance verified according to the ISPE good practice guide, assessing the particulate containment performance of pharmaceutical equipment.

Principles:

The air in the work shop will pass though primary filter, medium efficiency filter and was pressed
into static pressure box by centrifugal fan, after that, it will pass though the high efficiency
filter and blow through FFU, the clean air will flow by average speed over the working area, then
it forms the high clean grade working environment. The center weight room’s operating area will
be keep at negative pressure condition, exhaust 10% circulated air. The small chamber air in center
weighting room will pass through three grade filter system (high efficiency filter will remove
99.99% granules ≥0.3um) to make own circulated, its design meet GMP request.
