DESCRIPTION:

Coil Bolts are made by heated forging machine .the Advantage is the hex head on collar is made one body not seperated type. The material is high strength steel 40Cr, and are used with different types of coil thread nuts and coil inserts two strut four strut coil tie in concrete formwork, bridge deck forming, or precast concrete applications.

• Standard sizes of 1/2" and 3/4" 1" and 1 1/4" Diameter up to 6" length are readily available
• When you make the inquiry ,please also specify the rod diameter ,we can make 12.5mm rod while 11mm rod ,both can have 1/2-6 coil thread .Just the price and strength is much different
• For 12.5mm rod ,the weight is about 300g but 11mm rod the weight is 250g
• The surface is black oxcide not just black oil .
• Coil Thread is self cleaning and ideal for dirty jobsites or use in concrete formwork
• Special sizes and lenghts can be fabricated upon reques
