1.The washing-filling-capping 3 in 1 Monobloc is developed by the company itself with stable performance, advanced technology, nice look and complete functions. It is mainly for the washing, filling and capping of mineral water/pure water/spring water to PET bottles.

2.rinsing part:There are 14 bottle rinsing heads. The bottle rinsing gripper are of stainless steel clipping structure, which avoids second pollution to screw thread of bottle mouth, with stable bottle clipping and high-efficient bottle rinsing.​

4.There are 12 filling valves in the filling machine, and the beverage contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel. The outer and inner surfaces of filling cylinder have been treated by mirror polish, with high speed and large flow, high precision filling and filling speed and accurate level.


capping part:Capping machine is the unit which requires highest precision. It has great effect on the stability and reliability of the Monobloc and product defective rate.One bottle detecting switch is set on capping unit. It works with cap dropping guiding rail and cap locking air cylinder at the connection with cap pushing disc to inter-control the discharge of caps to ensure no feeding cap at the time of no bottles, which can reduce cap loss in production for customers.
