Troubleshooting of spiral balanced conveyor belt
1: If the spiral mesh belt has a running phenomenon, adjust the
tensioning shaft at one end of the driven shaft,
and adjust it slowly. Remember to adjust it quickly, causing the
edge of the mesh belt to be scratched.
2: If there is jitter in the spiral mesh belt, check whether the
conveyor and the roller in the conveying tunnel have
rust and refuse to turn, and adjust them one by one.
3: If the chain transmission type spiral conveyor belt has jump chain
and is unstable, check whether the sprocket
at both ends of the drive shaft is synchronized and whether the
tooth end is excessively worn.
