Tumbler dryer
Main technical characteristics:
1.The internal drum adopt the drive way of no shaft with roll,
ensure the transmission accurate, stable, positive and reverse
rotation.
2.The internal drum adopt 6 mixing bars design, improve the
turnover frequency of linen, reduce the entanglements.
3.Adopt stainless steel heater with high power, the heating
efficiency is more faster, layered design, reduce the maintenance
cost.
4.The inner steam pressure of tumbler drying is 0.7-0.8Mpa, and the
drying time is within 23 minutes.
5.Patented hot air around flow , no need people to cleaning, avoid
the air unsmoothness, improve the drying efficiency.
6.There are two kinds of models for selection, steam heating and
gas heating.
1.Unique internal drums design
(1)Adopt 6 mixing bars design, improve the turnover frequency of
linen, make the drying efficiency more higher.
(2)The halftone of internal drums adopt square holes structure, the
opening hole rate is reach to 64%, the common dryer adopt round
hole, the max opening hole rate is 54%

(2)The driving roll is Swiss brand with rubber.
The design about heat keeping of external cylinder
The external cylinder insulation adopts 100% pure wool felt, which
is good for heat preservation, prevent the heat emission.
4.Heater
(1)Adopt stainless steel material, 3 layers design, can bear the
maximum pressure is 1Mpa.
(2)The discharge valve adopt TLV from Japan, good effects , saving
energy
