Insulation fixing anchors is a special engineering plastic
expansion wall plugs that fixes the insulation board to the wall.
Insulation fixing anchors
are special anchors for exterior wall insulation, which are widely
used in building decoration and anchoring of wall insulation
houses. It consists
of galvanized screws, nylon risers and fixed discs. According to
the thickness of the insulation layer, it is divided into various
specifications.
Material: It is made of the nylon material, durable and well
designed for holding items firmly on the wall.The head of the screw
is
countersunk head.The screw is steel made and yellow zinc plated.The
length of the screw is standard.The plug is made of the gray nylon.
Structure: Geometry of the expansion pipe, in the solid structure
of the object in the expansion.
Color:Most grey and white, other colors are also available.
Function: To prevent rotation of the structral design, when using
the screw does not rotate in the air to follow.

Performance parameter of plastic insulation fixing anchor/anchor
wall plug
According to the JG/T366-2012 standard;
Knocking anchor: Tap the expansion joint or expansion sleeve to
squeeze the borehole wall to create an expansion anchor.
Claim:
1. The nominal diameter of the disk of the disc anchor should not
be less than 60mm and the tolerance is 1.0mm. The nominal
diameter of the expansion sleeve should not be less than 8 mm with
a tolerance of ±0.5 mm.
2. Standard value of anchorage capacity of anchor bolt: standard
value of tensile load capacity of anchor bolt Fk≥0.60
3. Anchor bolt disc tensile force standard value: disc pullout
standard value Frk≥0.50
Fixing steps of the Plastic fixing anchors
First, we need to use electric drill to drill specific size of the
hole
Second, putting expand plug in the hole
Finally, using a screwdriver to tighten screw into the expansion
tube until the specified location
The arrangement of the external anchor wall plug. The number of
anchors installed on the outer wall insulation system of the
extruded board;
the average of 1-10 layers is 6/m2, the average of 11-20 layers is
7/m2, and the layers of 21-26 are 9/m2. Any single block with an
area greater
than 0.1m2 must be anchored, depending on the shape and site
conditions;
the density of the anchor should be increased around the angle of
the sun, under the mouth, and around the edge of the hole.
The distance is not more than 300mm, from the edge of the base. Not
less than 60mm
