Silicone impregnated fiber glass cloth serious is main product of Unionfull Insulation. Silicone fiberglass woven fabric provides great resistance to chemical agents, abrasion, corrosion, moisture and continuous heat. Silicone is a rubbery, abrasion resistant coating (grey, red, black, etc). This coated glass fabric provides better UV, water, abrasion resistance and electrical insulation.

0.85mm grey silicon coated fiberglass fabric is made of basic 850g/m2 e-glass fiberglass cloth which is woven in satin (3x1 twill weave). Then it is coated with grey silicone on two sides (100gsm per side). 31oz silicone coated fabric is heavy duty and anti abrasion. Standard width is 39 inches/1000MM.

Fiberglass basic fabric can withstand continuous heat below 550℃ and silicone coating can be used from -50 to 260 degree. Applications are fire blanket, industrial fire blanket roll, automative heat&electrical insulation and pipe protection.
