PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Sorting machine: Different sizes fruit move through this
machine. Machine would sort the similar size fruit into the same
output automatically. It would improve the efficiency of fruit
sorting process. Less labor, less time, high efiiciency.
2. Inclined conveyor.
3. Fourteen head weigher. Consider fruit volume is a little big, we
would suggest customer adopt 2.5L weigher hopper. Combined with
high accuracy and high speed, a best combination is selected by CPU
instantly from any good combinations.
Fourteen head weigher adopts One to Two diverter. Quickly collect
the fruit into two output. Fruit would drop into two boxes at the
same time.
4. Box conveyor. Automatic empty box placing. As box collect the
fruit, conveyor would flat the fruit in the level, it is convenient
for closing box.
5. Label machine. Stick the label on the box surface or side.

And a good weigher would be avoid clap material. Fruits rich in
sugar, if weigher clap them, it would effect weigher hopper open
and close motivation.
