Brief introduction
Surge protector is the lightning protection measures taken by
Zhejiang toer Electric Co., Ltd. for the electrical system. It
mainly plays the role of protecting the line from lightning
protection and overvoltage protection. Circuit protection is made
up of a powerful diode solid state discharge tube; basic and fine
protection is based on an automatic fault protection device. During
thermal overload, the device moves the two ends of the original
lightning protection together, thus causing the damage caused by
the surge.

Working principle of product
In the equipment system, the inductive or capacitive coupling
voltage is caused by the lightning shock and the switching
operation of the upstream power supply system. Therefore, the surge
may damage the photovoltaic modules and inverters and other
devices. This will cause serious consequences for the operation of
the system. The surge protector is a DC power defense specially
designed for this purpose. The lightning module, once the high
voltage, and endanger the insulation of the protected equipment,
the lightning arrester acts immediately, the high voltage impact
current guide the earth, thus limiting the voltage amplitude,
protecting the insulation of the equipment. When the overvoltage is
gone, the arrester is restored to its original state quickly, so as
to protect the power equipment.

Structure and Principle
SPD is a port, shocking protection, indoor-mounted installation,
voltage-limited.
SPD hold disconnector inside, when SPD breakdown failure by over
heating, the disconnector can remove from the power grid
automatically, and show indication signal. When SPD is working
properly, visible window display green, it display red when it
breakdown and disconnect.
1P+N,2P+N,3P+N SPD consist of 1P,2P,3P SPD+NPE zero ground
protection module, apply to TN-S, TN-C-S and other power supply
system.
Use of attention
1. it should match the working voltage of the protected equipment.
Please install according to the installation sketch.
2. lightning protector should be regularly tested during operation.
If there is any failure, it should be maintained or replaced in
time to ensure equipment safety.
3. after correct installation, it can work steadily for a long
time. If it is found that the transmission performance of the
system is reduced or the signal is interrupted due to the cause of
surge protection, it should be maintained or replaced in time.
