Adjustable Choke and Fixed Choke is often used on production line and reduce high pressure from well to protect human and downtream process equipment. Normally adjustable choke is installed on the outlet of x-mass tree. Positive Choke is normally installed on the stable flow line. And both of them will show upChoke Manifol.

There is one needle valve face to inlet line which is for reducing sand corrosion inside.

Strictly, choke is not valve. but sometimes we call them adjustable choke valve and fixed choke valve.
