Scope of application:

Determination of the combustion performance of non-metallic materials used in civil aircraft cabin, the airworthiness identification of non-metallic materials in the cabin. Test type: horizontal test, vertical test, 45-degree tilt combustion test, 60-degree tilt combustion test.

Meet the standard:

Conform to the FAA. FAR. 25.853 the airline regulations - transport airplanes - cabin internal implementation of standard and reference CCAR 25 § 25.853 standard;

Accord with CCAR - 25 to R4 China civil aviation regulations of 25 "transportation class aircraft airworthiness standards" § 25.853 standard.

Main parameters:

Mainly consists of control box and combustion chamber.

Combustion box: material stainless steel.

Combustion system: the burner: burner for ￠9.5 + / - 0.5 mm, inner diameter is equipped with needle valve, easy to adjust the gas flow rate to adjust the flame height. The flame height is easy to adjust, the standard requirement can be transferred from 20mm to 100mm, with flame height gauge (38mm / 22mm),

And methane pressure regulation system. Equipped with electronic igniter, automatic ignition.

Timing system: timer: 3, respectively for the flame timer, combustion timer, the combustion of the residual flame timer. Timer setting: 0~99.99/S/M/H can be set at will.

Test fixture: u-shaped corrosion resistant metal plate, equipped with ash box.

Observation window: the front of the burning box is the observation window made of heat-resistant tempered glass, which can be used to observe the combustion change during combustion.
