Scope of application:

Suitable for laboratory conditions to assess the horizontal combustion performance of foamed plastic samples under the small flame under the measurement of iso 845-1985 with a density less than 250kg/M3.

Combustion chamber:

Box: 0.5m3, with numerical control machine tool processing and forming, the arc shape is beautiful and generous. High quality SUS304 stainless material/baking paint, with beautiful anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics.

The top of the box is equipped with a smoke exhaust system. When the test is completed, the exhaust gas can be discharged outside. During the test, the system is stopped.

The box body is equipped with the steel glass observation window which can be sealed in the test, so as to observe the test situation.

Combustion burner:

Specifications of the crater: Ф inside diameter of 9.5 mm, tube length is 100 mm, tube body with no tail device.

Sample holder: Φ 0.8 mm stainless steel wire, it is 215 mm in length, 75 mm in width, 13 mm in height, and the length of mesh of each side is 6.4 mm; The steel ruler with 300mm in the side, the minimum scale is 1.0mm;

Bracket: consists of two iron frames, which can be adjusted to the required Angle and height of the clamping device, and the sample bracket is 175mm above the bottom of the box body.

Timer: 0~99.99s can be set arbitrarily, with a precision of less than 1s
